We are thrilled to share that 99% of our customers are now reconnected and enjoying the services that are so vital to their daily lives. Thanks to the incredible dedication and expertise of our 300+ emergency response team members, many Xfinity and Comcast Business customers had their connectivity restored well before today’s full network restoration date of October 24, 2024.
While there are still a few remaining pockets of outages in Martinez and the City of Augusta due to the extensive damage caused by Helene, we are working tirelessly to rebuild these parts of our network. For those still experiencing service interruptions, we estimate full restoration by October 28, 2024, with many coming online even sooner. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that our teams are hyper-focused on these areas, diligently working to get you reconnected.

Comcast’s emergency response teams’ restoration of CSRA has been moving at an impressive pace with more and more customers coming online. We are continuing to bring in travel crews and local contractors to help fortify our workforce, and we estimate CSRA’s full network restoration by October 24, 2024, if not sooner for many residents. For the communities listed below, predominantly restored means our network is operational, and services have been restored for approximately 90% of our customers.

If your home or business is in one of the predominantly restored communities and your services have not yet returned, it is possible that there is damage to our network (lines or equipment) near your location. Our dedicated teams are actively working to identify and resolve all pocket outages and will continue their efforts until every customer is reconnected. We understand how challenging this situation is and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore your services.

Our restoration crews are continuing to work around the clock, seven days a week, to restore damage to our network from Helene. We have brought in crews from other states to help fortify our workforce. Working with local authorities and power company timelines, we estimate Augusta, Georgia’s full network restoration by October 24, 2024, if not sooner for many residents.
Our predominantly restored timeline estimations depend on several factors, such as the remaining commercial electricity restoration to our network, our crews’ ability to access the locations, and whether debris will hinder the necessary construction and connection work necessary to restore connectivity to homes. Below, we have listed community-specific timelines. Please note that estimates are based on current known factors and may change. Often, customers will have their services restored well before the dates listed below. Restoration crews are deployed throughout the area, continuing to work on a network that was heavily damaged by Helene and commercial power outages. Working in sync with local power company timelines, we estimate full network restoration for Augusta, Georgia by October 19, 2024, if not earlier for many residents.
Our predominantly restored timelines are based on a number of factors, including the remaining commercial power restoration to our network, the ability of our crews to gain access to those locations, and whether debris will prevent crews from performing the construction and connection work needed to restore connectivity to homes there. We’ve listed community-specific timelines below. It is important to note that estimations are based on current known factors and may have to shift depending commercial power, and the extent of damage to our network, and often – customers will be online well before the dates below. Predominantly restored means our network is operational and services have been restored for approximately 90 percent of our customers.
