Restaurants increasingly using advanced technology to enhance the customer experience

ATLANTA, GA – July 7, 2015 – Comcast Business announced today it will sponsor the upcoming inaugural Georgia Restaurant Week. From July 13-19, the Georgia Restaurant Association and the Georgia Department of Economic Development are partnering with Atlanta area restaurants to showcase the best food options across the area.

Horseradish Grille, Wisteria and the Braves All-Star Grill are just a few of the restaurants that will participate in the event. The 7-day festival will showcase Georgia’s restaurants and attract new visitors through culinary tourism.

This partnership is one of many initiatives Comcast has led in providing the hospitality industry with the most reliable technological innovations. In 2013, Comcast Business partnered with celebrity chef Robert Irvine to introduce hoteliers and restaurant owners to the benefits of using technology to improve the overall customer experience.

“We are finding that restaurants are increasingly turning to advanced technology to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience,” said Cleve Lewis, Vice President of Comcast Business in Atlanta. “To that end, we continue to develop our relationships with restaurants in Atlanta and across the nation by providing the fastest Internet speeds and most dependable Wi-Fi services to meet their requirements.”
