Hurricane Florence Update: Good News for Xfinity Mobile Unlimited Customers

Xfinity Mobile Unlimited customers – We are supporting you before, during and after Hurricane Florence:
- No data threshold. If you have the Unlimited data option, use as much data as you need at full speed – we will not reduce speeds after 20 GB. You’ll still receive emails about nearing and reaching the usual 20 GB threshold, since these are automatically generated, but you can disregard them.
- Personal hotspots. In case you lose power, remember that you can use your phone as a personal hotspot to internet-enable your other devices.
- Track data usage. Remember that you can use the Xfinity Mobile app to track your data usage and manage your data option.
