Comcast Opens New Xfinity Customer Center in Olive Branch for North Mississippi and Memphis Customers
Enhanced Retail Center Part of National Campaign Aimed at Enhancing the Customer Experience
OLIVE BRANCH, MS – (February 23), 2016 — Comcast announced today the grand opening of its new Xfinity Customer Center in Olive Branch to support customers in Northern Mississippi and Memphis, Tennessee. The new 4,600-square-foot store located at 5338 Goodman Road will offer customers a wide range of Internet, advanced video, voice, and home security products.
This launch represents the third new Xfinity location to be added in Mississippi in the last three years, and is the second location to be opened near Memphis, Tenn.
The location features nine service counters, an iPad ‘bar’ with interactive product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase Comcast’s suite of products and apps. It also offers customers payment kiosks for automated bill payments and on-site staff that can facilitate equipment transactions.

In 2015, Comcast announced a new, multi-year national plan to reinvent the customer experience and to create a culture focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, at all levels of the company. The plan centers on looking at every decision through a customer lens and making measureable changes and improvements across the company.
Nationally, Comcast is hiring 5,500 new customer service representatives over the next few years, simplifying billing, and investing in technology and training to give employees the tools they need to deliver excellent service. The new XFINITY Customer Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
