WOMEN’S NETWORK AT COMCAST PARTNERS WITH GIRLTALK TO BEAUTIFY G.A. TOWNS ELEMENTARY IN ATLANTA

Project aimed at constructing outdoor stage and benches for students, landscaping and painting

 

Oct. 7, 2015: Atlanta, GA. – Comcast announced today that it has partnered with GirlTalk, a national peer-to-peer mentoring program for middle and high school girls, on a beautification project. The Women’s Network at Comcast will partner with GirlTalk to construct a stage and surrounding benches for students to perform outside of G.A. Towns Elementary School in Atlanta.

The group will also beautify the school grounds and paint parts of the facility. The event will take place on October 10 from 9am – 3pm, with registration starting at 8am. The school is located at 760 Bolton Rd. NW in Atlanta.
