Comcast Supports Free Haircuts for Military Community in Bossier City and Shreveport

With the African American Celebration Corporation, Comcast sponsored free haircuts for veterans, military members and families in Bossier City and Shreveport, LA  

On Tuesday, May 20, in Shreveport and Wednesday, May 21 in Bossier City, LA, Comcast sponsored the 5th Annual Free Haircut Giveaway, organized by the African American Celebration Corporation. All veterans and active duty service members were invited to participate in the event and receive a free haircut. In addition, attendees learned about Comcast initiatives that help Bossier City and Shreveport residents and businesses.

Community members in both cities joined the celebration throughout the week, starting with the Free Haircut Giveaway for veterans and military members. This giveaway honored members of the armed forces, as people from across Louisiana came together to celebrate and show their appreciation.

Xfinity technicians joined the events on Tuesday and Wednesday to speak with residents and attendees about their Xfinity service. Today, more than 8,000 Bossier City residents can connect to Xfinity and Comcast Business services.
