Comcast connected nearly 6,700 new homes and businesses in Mt. Vernon, Wrightsville, Soperton, Adrian, Glenwood, and Alamo, GA to reliable, high-speed Internet. This expansion into the region will enhance digital infrastructure, promote economic growth, and position residents and local businesses for success in an increasingly digital world. The network expansion brings Internet, mobile, and security services from Xfinity and Comcast Business to residents and businesses for the first time.

Comcast’s most recent expansion to the cities of Southeast, GA is part of the company’s latest investment in Georgia, which also includes expansions to Lincolnton, Washington, Monticello, Mansfield and the Town of Newborn.
