For homes and businesses who are still offline, our teams are making repairs to our network as affected areas are declared safe and power is restored. As power is restored to homes and businesses, we expect many of our customers to regain connectivity as well. If power has returned to your home or business, please restart or reset your devices. In some cases, you may have electricity before our network is fully restored, which could delay the return of your services. Winter Storm Enzo is bringing ice and snow along the Southeast coasts including much of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. The National Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings and advisories for parts of Louisiana, and into Savannah and Charleston where snow, ice and wind could combine and make travel conditions hazardous.
