July 27, 2023 – Today, the Comcast Central Division proudly commemorates National Intern Day, with this year’s intern program fostering growth for nearly 100 interns from 57 different academic institutions. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the Division has prioritized strategically investing and recruiting early talent, laying the foundation for a strong pipeline of future leaders.

The Comcast internship program has garnered national attention for best-in-class talent engagement, outstanding recruiting practices and supporting college students as they transition into the workforce, winning two consecutive Early Talent Handshake Awards. The internship program has also repeatedly topped the charts in Vault’s annual list of “100 Best Internships,” including ranking #2 in Best Internships in Finance, #3 in Best Internships for LGBTQ+ Diversity, and #3 in Best Internships for Diversity for 2023.
This summer, the Division welcomed interns back to offices for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic in 2019, transitioning from fully remote to a hybrid model. During the 12-week internship, participants gain hands-on experience and exposure to company leaders, business operations, volunteer events and employee resource groups. Interns are also encouraged to develop a career plan with graduate students being considered for open positions across the Division.
