We are aware that you may be experiencing issues with your Xfinity services due to yesterday’s tornado in Griffin, Georgia. Any time without service can be frustrating, and our technicians are doing what they can to resolve the issue.

A quick reminder about the role of commercial power and your Xfinity services:

  • Local commercial power must be restored to your home to power your TV box and modem before your Xfinity TV, Voice and Internet services can begin working again.
  • Only after any damaged power lines are repaired in your area can our technicians obtain access to work on our equipment and the network so that we can restore any impacted Xfinity services.
  • It is possible that you may have power in your home but the Xfinity network servicing your neighborhood may be damaged or without power, preventing your Xfinity services from working at this time.
