Atlanta Public Schools Students to Earn Free Chromebook by Signing Up for Comcast’s Internet Essentials Program

WHAT: Comcast is participating in Atlanta Public Schools’ (APS) Back-to-School Bash. The annual event provides free backpacks, school supplies and resources to students and their families.

During the event, Comcast will hand out information on the Affordable Connectivity Program and offer families the opportunity to sign up for Internet Essentials. The first 500 people who sign up for Internet Essentials will earn a free Chromebook, courtesy of APS.

By participating in both Internet Essentials and the Affordable Connectivity Program, families can receive free or heavily reduced Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile services.

WHEN: Sat., July 30 at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
