Comcast’s Xfinity WiFi Van Returns to Mobile (Ala.) to Get Community Back Online

WHAT: To help those affected by Hurricane Delta stay in touch with family and friends and get important updates, Comcast has brought its mobile Xfinity WiFi van back to Mobile, Ala. All residents who are in range of the van will have free internet access.

WHO: The service is available for anyone to use, including non-Xfinity customers, who wish to access the internet.

WHEN: Monday, October 12 through Thursday, October 15 (9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST)

WHERE: Glenwood Medical Mall, 102 Thomas Road in West Monroe

HOW: Customers can visit this location and leverage free Wi-Fi service through Comcast’s Wi-Fi van. It can accommodate up to 300 individuals at one time.
