ATLANTA – September 14, 2020: Comcast announced today the September 17th opening of its new Xfinity customer retail store in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The 4,224 square-foot facility, located at 5222 Peachtree Parkway (Suite 900), provides customers an immersive destination to discover and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services.
The highly modernized retail center features multiple service counters staffed by Xfinity sales consultants, interactive iPad product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase Comcast’s suite of products and apps. It also offers an automated payment kiosk to increase speed of service.
“We’re proud to bring this interactive environment to the growing number of customers in Peachtree Corners and across Gwinnett County,” said Jason Gumbs, Regional SVP at Comcast. “This updated model offers a simpler and more convenient retail setting and is designed to enhance the customer experience.”
The store will be open for business Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
The opening of new Xfinity stores is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience; the stores provide new and existing customers a place to learn how to optimize their Xfinity services and to address any service needs.
