Comcast announced today it plans to hire more than 80 new customer care representatives across its southern region including Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Carolina and Kentucky.
The positions are virtual/work-from-home and support the customer experience through troubleshooting technical problems and assisting other general account inquiries.
