Store is 18th to Open in Greater Atlanta
ATLANTA – Aug. 8, 2019: Comcast announced today the opening of its new Xfinity customer retail store in East Cobb County, Ga. The 4,700 square-foot facility, located at 4475 Roswell Road (#440), provides customers an immersive destination to discover and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services.
The highly modernized retail center features multiple service counters staffed by Xfinity sales consultants, interactive iPad product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase Comcast’s suite of products and apps. It also offers an automated payment kiosk to increase speed of service.
“This updated retail model offers a far simpler shopping environment, and has been highly successful in Atlanta and across the country as we continue our quest to enhance the customer experience,” said Doug Guthrie, Regional SVP at Comcast.
The store will be open for business Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
