Comcast Hosts Volunteer Project in Covington, Tenn for Annual Comcast Cares Day

Comcast employees, family, friends and community partners came together on Saturday, April 12 to volunteer for Comcast Cares Day at the Boys and Girls Club of the Hatchie River Region.

Volunteers created a “Positive Affirmation” mural, designed 200 bookmarks to be donated to local nursing home centers, and supported a STEM related project building a tower with spaghetti and marshmallows.

Comcast Cares Day is Comcast NBCUniversal’s companywide celebration of their year-round commitment to service and the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort in the country.
