Memphis Grizzlies Mascot ‘Grizz’ to Help Comcast Celebrate Grand Opening of Xfinity Store in Germantown

WHAT: Comcast and Memphis Grizzlies mascot Grizz will officially open Comcast’s new Xfinity store in Germantown, Tennessee. Grizz will be joined by the team’s cheerleaders, drumline, and band ambassadors.

The more modern and interactive location is the third of its kind to be added in greater Memphis by Comcast, and is part of a broader national effort to enhance the customer experience. The 3,100 square-foot facility offers hands-on access to Comcast’s suite of products, with multiple counters staffed by Xfinity sales consultants and interactive iPad product demonstrations.

WHO: The event is open to the public. Attendees can enter to win 2 tickets to see the Grizzlies take on either the Golden State Warriors or the Oklahoma City Thunder. Fans will also have a chance to win additional prizes.

WHEN: March 16, Noon – 2pm; free food and drink will be provided by Germantown Commissary BBQ.
