WHAT: Comcast will host a career fair on Saturday, March 2, from 12 p.m. to
4 p.m. at Comcast’s Knoxville office. The company seeks interested candidates to fill more than 50 Customer Experience Representative roles. Guests will meet with Customer Experience leaders and HR professionals to learn more about Comcast.
Customer Experience Representatives provide support to our residential customers relative to billing, repair and retention. They also serve as a primary point of contact for the customer, taking ownership of interactions to completion.
