To Our Comcast Customers

An Xfinity technician removes a ladder from an Xfinty van.

We are aware of the hurricane-related power outages across Georgia and South Carolina. Your power companies are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

If your power is out, your local utility provider must restore power before Xfinity technicians can safely start work to restore services. It is possible that power could be restored to your home, but damage to or loss of power to the Xfinity network serving your neighborhood continues to affect your services.

As a reminder, we invite you to download the free mobile apps below to help stay connected:

*Xfinity My Account – Get updates on outages, report service interruptions, and see when your service is expected to be restored

*Xfinity Connect – Xfinity Voice customers can send and receive texts from your home telephone number, and listen to voicemail

*Xfinity Stream – Xfinity TV customers can download shows and movies beforehand to watch offline in case you lose power

If you do experience a power outage, Xfinity Internet customers with Performance tier or above receive access to millions of WiFi hotspots nationwide at no extra cost. Learn more and find an Xfinity WiFi hotspot near you.

Comcast thanks you for your patience during this process.
