Due to severe weather and flooding, many residents and businesses in Mobile, Ala., do not have power. As a result, they also do not have Xfinity services. We are working closely with local power companies throughout the restoration process to bring service back to our customers. In addition, out of a sense of extreme caution, Comcast is delaying the normal operating schedule of its technicians and service representatives this morning by two hours.
Customers who wish to pay a bill, swap out equipment or purchase new services can visit the Comcast retail center at 3248 Spring Hill Avenue, which opens one hour late today at 10 a.m. local time.
