Winter Storm Inga Impacts Markets Across Comcast South’s Region

Winter Storm Inga is brining a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain to several portions of our region, resulting in dangerous travel conditions and impacting our ability to access some neighborhoods. Our Comcast technicians will be performing service appointments and installations in some areas of the region today, but other appointments may be delayed or rescheduled.

  • Comcast will have a two hour delay for service appointments and installations in Nashville, Little Rock and Shreveport today, January 16. Comcast will not perform service appointments or installations in Greater Memphis due to adverse weather conditions. Impacted customers will be notified.
  • In addition, our Xfinity retail centers in Nashville, Memphis, Shreveport and Little Rock will have a two-hour delay.

We are closely monitoring the weather situation and will provide updates on our plans to resume normal operations.
