As Winter Storm Hunter continues throughout the region, our markets in West Tennessee and Middle Tennessee are left in a state of emergency with cold temperatures and icy conditions on the roads. Our ability to access some neighborhoods will be severely limited.
Due to the hazardous conditions, some service appointments may be delayed or rescheduled in these areas. Impacted customers will be notified.
In addition, our Xfinity retail stores in these areas will have a delayed opening today. Our Memphis store will open at 11 a.m. CST and our Nashville stores will open at 12 p.m.
