Comcast will begin performing service appointments and installations in Savannah and Charleston starting at 10:30 a.m. today, January 4. Please note that due to the lingering effects of Winter Storm Grayson, our ability to access some neighborhoods will be severely limited.
In addition, our Xfinity retail centers in Savannah and Charleston will remain closed today. Impacted customers may still call Comcast for any scheduling, technical or billing questions during this time.
