Comcast Opens New Xfinity Customer Center in Midtown Atlanta Dedicated to Providing an Enhanced Customer Experience

Comcast makes $5,000 donation to the Atlanta BeltLine at ribbon-cutting ceremony

ATLANTA, September 17, 2015 — Comcast announced today the grand opening of its new Xfinity Customer Center in Midtown Atlanta. The new 4,325-square-foot store at 699 Ponce De Leon will offer customers a wide range of Internet, advanced video, voice, and home security products and services.

Georgia Senator Brandon Beach, Atlanta BeltLine President and CEO Paul Morris, and other dignitaries joined Comcast executives for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning.

“We are thrilled to welcome Comcast to the Atlanta BeltLine neighborhood, and truly appreciate their generous support,” said Paul Morris, Atlanta BeltLine President and CEO. “Comcast’s announcement today reaffirms the Atlanta BeltLine as a destination of choice for the region’s top organizations.”

This represents the fourth new Xfinity location to be added to greater Atlanta in the last three years, and is part of a broader national effort to transform the customer experience.

“Today’s grand opening is just the latest chapter of our aggressive investment campaign in Atlanta and across the state,” said Doug Guthrie, SVP for Comcast’s South Region. “We are pleased to support the Atlanta BeltLine, and look forward to furthering our investment in this high-growth part of our city.”

The Midtown XFINITY Customer Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
