Comcast Business Recognizes Savannah Company

Comcast Business has selected Savannah, GA.,-based Unwind Yarn & Gifts as an Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs (I4E) regional winner. Comcast Business chose two winners across Georgia as part of the competition, which awards more than $600,000 nationwide in cash and services to aspiring entrepreneurs who are leveraging technology to enhance customer and employee experiences.

Each winner was awarded a $5,000 cash prize plus Comcast Business Internet and television services for two years and up to a $2,500 Comcast Business Account credit and services from Comcast Business Upware partners: Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec, DocuSign, Soonr and Swiftpage Engage for one year. The total approximate value of cash and prizes is up to $15,000.

From 32 honorees, six grand prize winners were selected to receive an additional $20,000 and a trip to New York City, where they and a guest will consult with four business experts, receive a tour of 30 Rockefeller Center, and enjoy an awards dinner prepared by Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine.

Vice President of Comcast Business Services Bob Deckard presented the award to Unwind Yarn & Gifts for ‘Best Use of Technology to Enhance the Customer Experience,’ followed by presentations from local business and economic leaders.
