An Update for our Georgia and South Carolina Customers

Comcast has now restored service to the vast majority of our customers in the coastal communities impacted by Hurricane Irma. In addition, we have extended the free use of our Xfinity WiFi hotspots in affected areas. Residents and emergency personnel can now leverage free online access through September 20.
Most of our customers who are without Xfinity service may also not have power, or are located in an area that is inaccessible due to the hurricane. We will continue to work diligently to bring them back online.
Please note that if your power has returned but your Xfinity services are still out, you should review our instructions on how to power cycle your equipment, which can be found online here.
