Comcast Invests in Savannah with 912 Day and Community Events
Comcast, through its residential brand Xfinity and business services brand Comcast Business, joined the City of Savannah and community partners to celebrate this year’s 912 Day with a series of events highlighting local businesses, community pride, and customer connection.
At the center of this year’s festivities was the Taste of the 912 Luncheon on September 10, presented by Comcast Business. The event brought together 115 local culinary leaders for an afternoon showcasing the flavors of Savannah. Guests enjoyed complimentary coffee served by Pour Boy Coffee, a Comcast Business customer, and were treated to remarks from Savannah Mayor Van Johnson. The 912 Community Hero Award was presented by the Savannah Downtown Business Association and Comcast Business, alongside special surprises and giveaways.
“912 Day gave us the opportunity to show up in a big way – celebrating with the community, supporting local businesses, and giving back to those who serve.”
Mike Thibodeaux, Comcast Vice President of Business Services, Big South Region
