WHAT: Comcast Cares Day, which takes place each April during National Volunteer Month, is Comcast NBCUniversal’s companywide celebration of their year-round commitment to service and the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort in the country.
On Saturday, April 21, Comcast’s signature Comcast Cares Day event in Woodstock will bring nearly 50 volunteers, elected officials, and community partners to Holdheide Education Academy for a beautification project. Activities will include playground cleaning, spring mulching and planting, fence repairing, pressure washing and painting.
