Comcast South Service Updates on Winter Storm Inga

Comcast South will begin performing service appointments and installations on time tomorrow, January 18 for the large majority of our markets – while keeping the safety of our employees and customers a top priority. In addition, the vast majority of our Xfinity retail stores will resume normal business hours tomorrow.

With the lingering effects of Winter Storm Inga still making travel in our Middle Tennessee neighborhoods difficult, we will have a two hour delay for this area and begin service appointments at 10 a.m. CST.  Impacted customers will be notified. Our Greater Nashville Xfinity retail stores will open at 11 a.m. CST tomorrow.

At this point, all other areas of our region will return to normal business operations tomorrow. If any changes to this schedule are made, we will update you on our homepage south.comcast.com. Impacted customers can always call Comcast for any scheduling, technical or billing questions during this time.

For storm related outages, our crews are taking incremental measures to ensure we are best equipped to manage impacted areas while keeping the safety of our employees and customers a top priority. We are encouraging customers to get outage updates for their area and information about their Xfinity service by visiting My Account located at www.xfinity.com/MyAccount or using the My Account app from any secure, Internet-enabled mobile device. Customers can always call us at 1-800-Xfinity. For severe weather service and safety tips, please visit Storm Ready.

We thank our customers for their understanding during this time.
