Comcast was once again the title sponsor of the 2014 Jackson Rhythm & Blues Festival on August 15-16 at the Mississippi Ag and Forestry Museum. The festival drew more than 20,000 attendees from around the region, and featured five venues with over 30 acts that included such artists as Ziggy Marley, Fantasia and Bobby Rush. Ronnie Colvin, Senior Director of Government Affairs for Comcast, had the honor of presenting the annual Blues Pioneer Award to R&B artist Denise LaSalle.
