Comcast Service Updates on Winter Storm Hunter

With the lingering effects of Winter Storm Hunter still making travel in our Middle and West Tennessee markets difficult, our ability to access some neighborhoods may be somewhat limited. While Comcast is performing service appointments and installations in these areas today, some appointments may be delayed or rescheduled. Impacted customers will be notified.

At this time, we plan to open our Xfinity retail stores in Greater Nashville at 12 p.m. today, January 13, and our Memphis store will be closed for the remainder of the day. If any changes to this schedule are made, we will update you on our homepage south.comcast.com. Impacted customers can always call Comcast for any scheduling, technical or billing questions during this time.

For storm related outages, our crews are taking incremental measures to ensure we are best equipped to manage impacted areas while keeping the safety of our employees and customers a top priority.

We are encouraging customers to get outage updates for their area and information about their Xfinity service by visiting My Account located at www.xfinity.com/MyAccount or using the My Account app from any secure, Internet-enabled mobile device. Customers can always call us at 1-800-Xfinity. For severe weather service and safety tips, please visit: https://stormready.xfinity.com/.

We will continue to provide updates via Twitter @ComcastSouth, on our Facebook page, and on our home page.

We thank our customers for their understanding during this time.
