Comcast will not perform service appointments or installations in Savannah and Charleston today, January 3, due to adverse weather conditions in both markets.
In addition, all Xfinity retail centers in these areas will be closed today. However, impacted customers may still call Comcast for any scheduling, technical or billing questions during this time.
We are closely monitoring the weather situation and will provide updates on our plans to resume normal operations.
