Comcast’s newly launched wireless service, Xfinity Mobile, among available services
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – October 5, 2017: Comcast announced today the official opening of its new Xfinity customer retail store in Hendersonville. The modernized 5,000 square-foot facility is conveniently located at 217 Indian Lake Blvd., Suite 950 in Hendersonville, Tenn., and will offer hands-on access to Comcast’s Internet, the X1 entertainment platform, Xfinity Mobile and digital voice, and Xfinity Home products. This is the fourth Xfinity retail store to open in Middle Tennessee and will serve the rapidly growing communities of North Nashville.
The space brings together Comcast’s suite of innovative products and services in a unique store experience that features multiple service counters staffed by Xfinity sales consultants, interactive iPad product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase Comcast’s available products and apps. It also offers an automated payment kiosk to increase speed of service. The facility also has a designated space for customer focus groups, designed to assist Comcast in supporting an enhanced customer experience.
“Our new retail store is designed entirely around the needs of customers and provides an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest XFINITY products and services,” said Vic Pascarelli, Comcast’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This space brings the same approach of innovation and ease that our customers love about our products.”
The new Xfinity retail store is officially open for business beginning today. It will be open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Nationally, Comcast has made significant improvements to enhance the customer experience through employee trainings, new customer tools and the reduction of customer wait times.
Comcast invests over $120 million per year in Tennessee through building a high-skilled workforce, deploying innovative products and investing in advanced broadband across the state. Over the last two years in Hendersonville, Comcast has deployed a high-performance 10-gigabit network for the businesses community, launched Gigabit Pro, a two-gigabit residential internet service, and a one-gigabit Internet service.
Comcast has also added over 10,000 Wi-Fi hotspots across Hendersonville, offering an unparalleled online experience for customers.
