New facility is sixth of its kind to be added to Greater Atlanta in last three years
ATLANTA, February 24, 2016 — Comcast announced today the opening of its new Xfinity Customer Center in Acworth, Ga. The new 5,040-square-foot store at 3410 Cobb Parkway will offer customers hands-on access to Comcast’s high-speed Internet, advanced video, digital voice, and Xfinity Home security products.
The new retail center is the sixth of its kind to be added in greater Atlanta in the last three years, and is part of a broader national effort to positively transform how customers do business with Comcast.
The new location features nine service counters, an iPad ‘bar’ with interactive product demonstrations, and dedicated areas that showcase Comcast’s suite of products and apps. It also offers customers payment kiosks for automated bill payments and on-site staff that can facilitate equipment transactions.

The new Xfinity Customer Center is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to
7 p.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
